13 North (Warren Freeway) in Alameda County, California

This is just past 580. 13 is steep in places, and there is a lot in bloom in February and March. This isn't an official scenic route, but it is more scenic than 580 or 880. These are from 2/4/2006.

Even though 13 is pretty steep, it is a 65 MPH freeway. This used to be Warren Boulevard before the 1960s.
