Interstate 15 North in Riverside County

I15 becomes 70 mph through here. This route is former US395, and bits of pieces of I15 and I215 took a long time to finish. This is from 7/8/2001 up to 58 and I40.
This is taken just south of I215. I215 was formerly I15E and US395. It was not a freeway from this point to Highway 60 and Highway 91 (both former US highways by the same number) until about 1992. Three lanes become I215 and three lanes stay I15.

I15 through here seems to have less traffic than most of I215.
