Mile 78

This is the first sight of the ocean and the San Diego County line near San Onofre. I5 then enters a rural area in Camp Pendleton.

Mile 65. I made trips a lot out here from 1974 to 2008 but not any more to see so called family. My mom and I had been rooked into coming out here pretty often in the past. It was about 19 trips for me and about 23 for my mom. They also repeatedly expected us to move down here at the drop of a hat even though I would lose college credit when I was studying in a university. They were so stupid they had no idea which college would be a fit for me! And it is not like I was in high school and I could just drop everything and get full credit. Plus these idiots never made any effort to get to know us. They were related to us but they knew less about us than anyone else we knew well. And as if I had no life in college. SELLOUTS ARE NOT FAMILY. I'm not willing to forgive certain things. They were never on my site and they barely knew a thing about it. Also some of those trips were out of Texas but I was only able to put a few photos up from there since I did not have a camera of my own back then. These trips were exhausting to do. I do still like a lot of the San Diego area. To make things worse I have been unable to see my paternal family for years and they are great people. I just found out in September 2019 out my aunt, uncle, and a 68 year old cousin have been given a year to live. Too bad I did not get to see them instead! My paternal aunt and uncle had to fly from living in Honduras to a rest home in Texas. My cousin is in England.
