Interstate 77 South in West Virginia

These are all from Kevin Weed in 2012. I can't add commentary myself because I've never been on I77. This is around mile marker 6 coming up on the West Virginia/Virginia line.

About to enter the East River Mountain Tunnel. The West Virginia/Virginia state line cuts through the middle of the tunnel.

From Kevin about the trip on I77 South: I took these pictures in 2010 on a vacation to Atlantic Beach, NC (southern outer banks.) A good portion of 77 through West Virginia is their turnpike where there are three toll plazas. I'm pretty sure the highest point along 77 is at Fancy Gap in Virginia at 3,100 feet. It's a drive I always enjoy. Can you imagine how beautiful this drive would be in the
fall?
